“Under the Contrat d’intégration au travail (CIT, employment integration contract), an employer may hire you, obtain a wage subsidy and receive financial assistance for adapting a workplace to your needs. The CIT provides for the services of an expert in assessing your needs and for assistance to help you find employment.
