Wage Subsidy (government of Quebec)

The wage subsidy (and more specifically its “employment integration” or “work experience” components) consists of: 

o financial assistance to encourage employers to offer you lasting employment or help you gain valuable work experience 

o personal coaching to help you settle into your new workplace 

To be eligible for this program, you must meet a number of conditions, including the following:  

o be unemployed 

o be having trouble entering the job market
